I do two things: 1. I coach students and professionals into investment banking, venture capital, and private equity internships and full time jobs - I have successfully coached my "coachees" into ALL of the top investment banks, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BofA, JPMorgan, Lazard, Evercore, Credit Suisse, Piper Sandler, Cowen, Citi, Guggenheim, Macquarie, Deutsche Bank, BlackRock, UBS, Moelis, HSBC, Houlihan Lokey - all of them! and also many PE and Venture firms! I teach you how to successfully interview on both behavioral and technical questions! And I should know, I was a Managing Director at two major investment banks, a PE Partner, and a VC Partner! I call those sessions "mock interviews". Don't worry if you have limited prior exposure to finance - I can teach you what you need to know in a safe environment! "Coachees" sometimes work with me for years in a more formal mentorship role! 2. I coach students through the MBA admissions process and have coached students into every major school in the US, Canada, and Europe, including Harvard, Stanford, Booth (UChicago), Columbia, Wharton, Kellogg, UVA (Darden), Duke (Fuqua), USC, UCLA and more! I am a Harvard MBA who was accepted into the 2+2 program and have worked in MBA admissions. I have read over 6,000 applications, and I know what works and what doesn't work! I can help you to choose schools, develop an application strategy, select references - the complete package!

I am an alumna from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Arts in Economic History and a Minor in Economics. I am currently a Second Year MBA student at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia; I am in the top 5% of my class and a merit scholarship recipient. I spent my summer as an Associate at one of the top Investment Banks and will return there after I graduate. I enjoy tutoring and coaching students through the investment banking recruiting process, focusing on both technical / finance and soft / behavioral skills.
As a Summer Associate, I worked on sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, and IPOs, which required building Excel models such as DCFs and accretion dilution analysis. In addition, at Darden, I have taken mostly financial courses where I build pro-forma models using several valuation techniques such as DCF, APV, Equity Residual, and Merger models. After experiencing investment banking recruiting and getting offers from top-tier bulge and boutique investment banks, I developed my own strategy for success and have tutored over 200 hours. Many of my students have landed jobs at top investment banks. With regard to finance and technical concepts, I focus on six core concepts: financial accounting & the three statements, equity & enterprise value, DCFs & valuation, mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buy outs, and current market activity.
